Damn that's fine! And if you're going with an illegal plate, why half ass it?

LOL thought it was the engine serial number it's that small!

Don't come to north wales with it though, I got pulled this year for having my plate at 'too much of an angle' WTF!
This was it, you decide?

It makes yours look like a sail

I think it's supposed to be vertical John,I assume they saying that if it's inclined there is more chance of reflections making it more difficult to read.

Either that or Plod didn't get his leg over that morning and left the house in a mood.

I'm surprised they didn't throw in a Construction & Use violation regarding the indicators being too close together as well so maybe your day wasn't as bad as it could have been.

Evening all

There is a reason why the manufacturers fit the ones they do  Tongue

Actually I spent a lot of time delving into the Construction & Use Act as it applies to cars years back and I recently came across this info for bikes and I saved it ......somewhere Embarrassed

This is why the led indicators in the back lights are illegal by the way, regardless of whether or not a mate has had them through the MOT successfully,it's a bit like the MOT sans lights ie the so called Daylight MOT, very grey area that even Traffic Plod have differing views about.

The nearest I could quickly find is Bike Single Vehicle Approval and that is rear indicators between 180mm to 300mm presumably centres? so I shouldn't worry to much on your next ride.

Mind how you go. LOL
