Hi Guys, any body out there who can provide me with some guidenece or advice, as i how do convert my RS 125 in to A RSV-R 450 / 550, cos a few a year ago i heard bout this guy who did it, but he used a RS 250 CHASSIS With a lots of zx10 parts.. i m looking to retaining my bikes current look but change the engine to a 450 / 550 sxv and technical advice..

NEED SOME GUIDENCE,, AND I AM FROM MALAYSIA,

buy an engine...strip out the 125 frame and start offering it all up...do your best to line up sprockets .get as close to align ment as possible...you can get custom made offset sprockets made up.then start designing engine mounts..you may need to clearance the frame ...
modify the existing fuel tank to clear the throttle bodies etc
 
 
i looked into a building dr800 engine into an rgv frame supermono a few years ago...befriend a welder who is skilled in ali welding you'll need him

Speek to Griff ,the easiest option is uses the complete 550 & convert it with rs125 forks & road wheel,there's a company in the UK, thunderbikes I think that do this to make circuit racers

Just wondering and not really knowing about the 125, but is the frame good for the 550 lump? i mean power and weight? I dont know.

who cares it would be mental and frame flex mid corner means it would be even more fun...lol
