   Man is in court for murdering his wife.
The prosecution reads out the forensic statement to the court.
" The accused hit his wife repeatadly with a hammer to the.. "

At that moment someone shouts 
"Bastard" 
from the back of the court.

The judge calls for silence thinking the public are outraged at the murder hence the abuse.
The prosection tries again.
" The accused battered his wife to death with a metal hammer from his tool shed.. "

and again a shout from the gallery
" you dirty bastard"

The judge now getting fed up speaks to the man in the gallery
" Excuse me sir but unless you can justify your outbursts i will have you removed from court. I understand your outrage but we can't have this behaviour."

The man stands up and shouted 
" too fecking right i'm outraged, i asked my neighbour, the accused at least 10 times if i could borrow a hammer and that bastard told me he didn't own a hammer to lend me"
