I am viewing the site on a PC but don't appear to have the premium option anywhere.

	The signup option on the menu got wiped out by the last forum software update and I have yet to re add it. In the short term u can get to the page via this link http://www.rsvr.net/premium.html

	Does "Premium Membership" allow upload of pictures, cant seem to sort out how to do it....

	How are you trying to upload pics? I use Photobucket with no probs. You don't need Premium to upload pics.

	You can use the tree symbol with the arrow that is at the top of the message box as well.
