i have a coolant leak somewhere are there any areas that are susceptible to leaks also is there a way to spot the leak before it evaporates after the motor has been warmed and what if i decide to change all the hoses are there any places that are a ballache to reach thanks for any advice

well worth checking the hose clips first .  I had a very slight coolant weep ( noticed after the bike was put in the garage warm and it left a little puddle on the floor)
 
It turned out only to be the radiator top hose clip  -  replaced it with another hose clip and it has been perfect ever since.

I'd always check the engine drain plug and hose connecting to the filler 
current;2001mille,2003R,2003Eddy,2012Tuono. Previous RS250,2006Factory,2001mille,2001R and 2x2002mille
