Hi all.
I have an edwards rep which currently has the twin akrapovic system on it with carbon fibre hangers. Problem is my missus has been bustin my ass all summer because I have'nt taken her out for a squirt. Does anyone know if the later model hangers fit the 2003, then maybe I can keep the akrapovics and the wife. Regards Chris

Hi Chris,I have an Edwards also and have the footrest hangers fitted. You can buy a conversion kit for the left side from Aprilia if you wish to spend the money, I think around 80 quid.
I bought Falco pegs that fit on but do not hold the cans in the right position. So I cut off the left peg part that I needed and made up a peg in the same way as the conversion kit, sprayed it matt black, all for around 20 quid. The only downside is the different position of the hanger straps from the carbon fibre one,it leaves marks on the akras from the previous hangar position. |
