Early run

Out at 4.15 this morning and had the best run of the year so far, headed from Cannock to rugeley and went over blithfield res to uttoxeter then left on the 518 for Stafford, hung a right onto the a51 for stone then a left following the 51 and turning left on the a525 for Whitchurch. Picked up the a49 for Shrewsbury but they have been spreading gravel which messed it up for a while, turned right at Shrewsbury on the a5 for a couple of miles then left on the a49 again down to craven arms and hung a left on the b4368 to Bridgnorth. Stuffed a bacon sausage and egg in my fuel tank then picked the a454 up towards Wolverhampton cutting across past perton onto the a41 past cosford onto the a5 and back home for 7.30. Perfect Sunday morning

Got a bit of cleaning to do now.

Really impressed with how the ttx looks after the tyres.

Do you always leave that early.

Never been on the bike that early, unless it was to go to work but I have been in the sea super early to avoid the crowds. Only problem was it was full of locals ffs!

Always went out early years ago and then stopped for a while but about the last three years I have made a real effort to get out early and it's the only time you can really use the bike properly for any length of time, problem is it really spoils you and any other time you go out the traffic pisses you off but it is really worth it😃
