RSV Mille 2000, brake fluid reservoir cap has gone all manky and putrified for no apparent reason. Some kind of design fault? Is the plastic allergic to brake fluid? Any recommended replacement?

Mine went the same way - common problem ?[:(]
Looked at after market but the anodised stuff (even in black) looks slighty tacky.
Didn't want to waste valuable drinking time chasing the ends of the earth for the cap so ended up buying a complete replacement reservoir from PAB.

Mine's the same, I did look at the anodised stuff too, but it's £28 - what's the price for the PAB item?
