early last year i paid £150 for a 2010 plate derbi senda 50 for my son  (he turned 16 in october)
we spent many a happy hour rebuilding it together, i sprayed it in ford st pearl orange and on his 16th birthday i took him through his CBT (i'm also a certified DSA - now DVSA- direct access instructor and run my own part time school)

we were looking for a really cheap RS125 or tuono 125 for us to do up this year for his 17th birthday.
unfortunately, the only one that came up was a chesterfield rep that my colleague bought off a customer on my day off for £500 - it really is a wreck and needs everything doing but i would still of been all over it.

today, in strolls a guy that had 'some 2 stroke 125 sports thing' as he put it, on his trailer outside and wondered if we would dispose of it for him as he couldnt be arsed with it, he handed over all the paperwork and keys, unloaded it and went away.
unfortunately, its not an RS125 or a tuono 125 but it is a honda NS125R - all complete but needs a fair bit of tidying.

i'll strip it, rebuild it from the ground up and paint it in rothmans colors

i will be rebuilding the motor regardless - its the problem of being a bike tech, you just want to see for yourself that everything is 'just so' !!

Haha.

That would be totally justifiable under the circumstances.

There is no excuse for shoddy workmanship.
