   1) Why no special heading for the Futura?????

2) Can anyone help re: the paint code/colour of my 2003 RST Futura which is red?  The poor thing has picked up a few grazes, which will be cured if I can source the colour/code for the paint sprayer.  The alternatives are to either a) respray the whole bike b) fork out a fortune on new panels (�1500+) - if they are available? or c) ride around on a tatty bike bearing genuine Aprilia Logos.

	I am on first name terms with the Aprilia dealer next door but one to me. If you still need the information let me know and I can ask him. I can even get 10% discount on parts as well[8D][:D]

	hi evil,had a bit of a scrape with my fst,fell off sidestand totally my own fault,scrapped the side panel its metalic black,went to dealer in blackburn they told me aprilia didn,t have coulor codes,took it to a local body shop who,s also a biker and the matched it up and you can,t tell so i would say go to a good body shop they should be able to match it up, regards fast_tourer

	Aprilia won't release codes even to dealers. Not just paint either. Ask Griff about the tickover adjustment on 04> RSV's. Yes it is adjustable - if you have the code. The paint they use is made by Lecher. If you find a Lecher supplier they should be able to sort it out for you. It's often not a straight colour. Aprilia Fluro red is actually Yellow base with 5 coats of red tint Laquer on top for example. Yes we can have a Futura section. On it now Edited by Spoonz - 22 May 2008 at 11:43
