The headlights on my 03RSVR are crap, and although I don't do much night riding, its nice to be able to see when I do, any suggestions as to improvements, without spending a fortune. Thanks in advance

Thumper, The best relatively cheap option I can suggest is to replace the bulbs. I understand that Philips make a well recommended alternative and also there are some usually available here on the RSVR website. I have used the type supplied here from RSVR and they make for a good substitution. Regards RSVRNuT

I put a Bosch one in my '02 for the dipped beam, left the 2 x high beams as they were. It was about £17 and was an 'all weather' lamp. It was a vast improvement. I don't do enough night riding to warrant changing the other two really, but for bad weather, early mornings and evenings the Bosch one comes recommended, but as stated above the ones on here are all much the same.

They don't appear to have any noticeable effect on my battery, which is still the original 02 model, but I do use an Optimate charger that is on whenevr the bike is not being used. Speaks for itself I think!! RSVRNuT

If you fit an earlier left hand switch unit you then have the lights switch back and can turn them off when you like. All the parts - all the years. 07796 774598
