Hi, trying to check what the rebound is set at and adjust it on the rear but as it is i can only just get hold of it and it doesnt seem to want to move. whats the knack? is there an easy way to adjust it without major removal of parts.

thanks guys.

You shouldn't have to remove anything, it should just turn.

The adjustment seizes over the years. I suggest you get the shock serviced.

I had my ohlins shock serviced by BG Motorsport a ohlins agent. I sent the shock to them and the shock was back in a week.they are based in silverstone. It cost £200 all in , new seals , fluid and re gassed. Excellent service imho.
(There are shock services on ebay, but they don't use the expensive ohlins oil !)

MCT suspension are also worth a shout. I had my Ohlins shock serviced by them in the winter and my spring powder coated for £193 all in.
