Now you've done it, where do i start...

Prisons, abolish prisons, and make them live in tents, and if they want a meal, then they have to work in the community on chain gangs, litter picking, weeding, pot hole filling, and rebuilding new roads, that way we can sack all the council staff and do away with poll tax.

Immigration, round up all the illegals, and hold them in the old prisons, as soon as a empty space becomes available on a airplane to their original country, they go back, and place a tattoo on their forehead, marking them for life, so if they ever do come back again, then they are easy to identify.

Human rights act. Biggest load of bollox ever, just scrap the whole thing, if you want respect, earn it, dont go hiding to the courts and expect them to hand it to you on a plate.

Driving licences. If you cause a accident resulting in injury or death, you have a real sentence handed out and suffer the consequences rightly deserved.  Compulsory retests every 10 years and eyesight tests every 3 years.  (then lets here them say, sorry mate i didnt see you).

Mobile phones. Get caught driving whilst on your phone, they should confiscate the car on nthe spot, instant disqualification and extended retest after a year, and the police can sell the car and use the money for their share of what was missing from their share of the poll tax.  if the car is on finance or a company car, then the driver is left to sort that mess out.

Petrol. Easy, abolish tax, the old bill know whether the car/bike is insured and mot'd, so scrap the tax and add it to petrol, that way if you drive more, you pay more, and we can live in hope that the roads get better.

Drugs. Another easy one. abolish the laws on drugs and let them flood our country with them. if the idiots want to kill themselves by adding this sh*t to there body, then the sooner the better.  The cheaper the drugs are, the less crime to pay for it would happen, they would eliminate themselves from society and then market would disappear, and the smugglers would find another market in the end.

TV & Leisure. our tv these days is absolute crap, its all fake reality shows and the country laps it up cos they have all got fat and lazy by all the fast food joints on the high street, and never exercising, christ, the biggest new market for job creation in this country now seems to be hand car washes. whatever happened to sunday afternoon routines, and whilst you cleaned your pride and joy, you found things like low tyre pressures, blown bulbs etc.

this country is a disgrace, and i have said before it needs a real good kick up the ass to sort it out, but not one mp has the bollox to do anything.  Thats just the tip of the iceberg of things on myc mind.

Beanie, With you most of the way, but the tatto thing and forced labour reminds me of something that happened last century, can't quite put my finger on it ATM.
But yeah, the country has been well and truly fked over by politicians. It's easy to blame immigrants for the country's woes but government policy encourages this kind of sponging.

well if you want to control illegal immigration, then you have to find way to identify them, so you either tattoo them, with a fluro tattoo, or implant them with a chip, either way, something has to be done to identify them once they are removed.

Yes the government does encourage it, if we removed all the illegals, we would probably have 3+million jobs created overnight.  If we stopped giving all this countries limited funds to other countries, in so called aid, then we could probably pay our pensioners a decent pension, and not force over 65's into forced labour, which is totally out of order.

If you want criminals to pay there way, then forced labour is the only way, they do the crime, they pay their way, back to society.  it was their choice in the first place to be a criminal.  I am sick and tired of people expecting everyone else to do something, whilst they sit back and reap the rewards.

They should be grateful we dont have corporal and capital punishments bought back, that could drop the prison numbers drastically overnight.  As for their right to vote, bollox, they opted out of society when they commited a crime against it.

Society first needs discipline bought back, and that needs to happen from school children to the younger generation, then we might start getting things sorted at last.

Still work.... I have finished my consultation period of three months last tuesday.
The management team have told us our jobs are safe.
I rang HR today to ask them where my confirmation letter is to which they replied i was wrong in what i had been told and my job is not safe.
When i asked my boss he told me HR was wrong.
I really don't know who to trust or believeConfused

Obviously i need a job to keep paying the bills. But its like waiting to be hanged!!!!
I am that fed up with it i don't think i would be bothered if they paid me off. At least it would put me out of my misery.
I am easy going and usually enthusiastic about work and i have been told my work ethics are faultless.
This last week and a half i can't seem to get motivated.Dead

I've been going through this fkn restructure bollox for close on two years now, I feel your pain. One day you're ok and safe the following your jobs on the "at risk" list. Never ever been this demotivated about work.

There is life and there is living. If life is for living, i died in 2009. Confused

I just wish that the media would shut up about the economy period. Everytime there is bad news it hits the high street almost instantly. People really do alter their spending habits based on this info and it's self fulfilling.

If we told everyone that the economy grew 15% in 2012, the recession would be over in a flash because sentiment would alter.  The same amount of money exists in the country as there was pre recession, it's just now held by a smaller % of the population who influence the economy less.

The perpetual sh*tty end of the stick (that's most of us) are what make the world go round but are the most squeezed.

+1 to that comment

A large part of all this bollox is government propaganda
It does not help a lot of people sit listening to it.

I have to turn over whenever one of these plebs shows his face on the box
talk about f**king doom and gloom

Still I will look forward to getting out on the bike
when the weather gets better & also enjoy all the racing thats upcoming this year
Another reason Bikes are great

MP's hate them
Look at the new bike test
I think its now easier to become a vet than pass your bike testUnhappy

Its sad to think one day bikes may not exist on UK roads

HR....HR.....Don't start me on them. Time was most decent employers had a Personnel Department & they were there to deal with personnel issues. Now the HRDepartment is only there to ensure people...yes people can be treated as a resouce. Whoever rebranded then HR needs arsefarkin.

2 years of waiting for an answer about relocation and during that they changed my job description without telling me so i have been questioning it and now after both I am told that I am not allowed to discuss it with the company lawyers or provide links to UK employment law as I am only allowed to speak to HR

I stress again I am really trying to avoid using "the adversarial route " their words not mine FFS they say not a problem we pay full time lawyers for these things we just don't let them talk to you ... You do know this is not the USA I query? That what you consider unreasonable demands are actually legal entitlements here in the UK

I truly despair of any company that employs full time HR staff ...  personally I prefer to be kissed before you f**k me  is that ban appropriate response oh well
