Hi Jack
Can you post up some pics, so we can see the problem and the angles and clearance of the link pipes etc? |

Hi constant i have sent redratbike some pics i think he will be posting on here. What i have had to do is use long bolts to bolt exhaust clamps onto the hangers. And with a series of nuts push the exhaust out clear of the swing arm which seems to have worked. Now all i need to do is mod the belly pan

I can't see any pics Mark unfortunately?
If it's fouling the swingarm at the front of the cans, then can you extend the outlet pipes or the link pipes to give more clearance. Be a bit of welding. I did this on my Arrow system for the same reason. You may be able to gain 15mm or so by putting a sleeve of pipe inside each female or outer pipe where it joins to the link pipe, to act as a spacer, if the female swaged part of the pipes are long enough. You may be able to reduce the spacers from the hangers to the cans, if you can gain more room from extending the outlets or link pipes. |

So the belly pan is partially fitted so i can mark out where it needs to be altered. Um not a bad shout on the adding a piece of pipe the down side is that where the bloke i bought the cans from has crushed the end of the link pipe so i don't think i can repair the dents enough to sleeve it but i can sure see if it would work cheers for the ideas.
