Hello,

I might have a big problem - I have been experiencing problems with starting/ charging on my aprilia futura, so I decided to check if I have the right mods etc. I found out that the yellow cables coming from the rectifier ale totally burned and loose, so I cut off the old connectors (that replaced the brown connector) and when I was ready to put the new connectors there guess what? The cables are all yellow, so I couldn't tell which was suppose to go where So I guess you can see my question - does it matter which cable goes where? Is there some easy tell in case I have them wrong? I mean the output of the yellow cables might be the same, so it doesn't matter. Anyway, I just tried to spin the engine twice, problem with not spinning persists (maybe battery not charged enough) and maybe there was a tiny 1 second clicking on the right side by the engine. Not sure if its wrong or somehow connected to the repaired wiring. PLease please I need a quick help. Thanks

Kiwi is on the money Bobby, any wire in any order is fine from the stator.

The clicking either means the batt is low or the starter solenoid is acting up. Give the batt a good charge first and try again
