Hi Spooky, sent you a PM about some Gen 1 dog bone washers but I might not be able to receive your reply since I just joined the forum. I included my email address in my PM so if that's easier, feel free to email me. Many thanks!

I'm in for a set of washers, did removed the "old" ones that were mounted on my bike. They were not in that good condition anymore so I removed them while doing some maintanence. Thanks Clap

Hi there Oost,
I'm not doing the plates anymore as the batch I had made are now all gone.
Griff at Aprilia Performance (number and email at the top of the page) is now supplying plates for all models I believe.

I'm still making and supplying the washers so if your interested in them on their own give me a shout and I'll get a price to you.

Hi Farney,
Pm shows as gone in my outbox. I think I remember, all those years ago, that you need a certain post count before you can receive pm's. 10 rings a bell but as I said I'm old.
I'll resend but it still doesn't come through it might be worth contacting Spoonz on here who is King Admin.

Cheers

Haha, you need a hole on these flipping things, if they were solid they'd knock 5 bhp off ..

They do 2 sorts as well, standard or those ones that raise the rear up (which is what I've got), tips in a treat now😎

My Smaltmoto plates are made from steel instead of aluminium, bit heavier but I preferred the extra strength after all the horror stories and our pothole strewn roads.

I think the gen 2 link needs to be a service item.

You can see how much weaker the gen 2 links are ! Surprised there has been no product recall in the usa (or are old bikes like white goods in the usa ?)
sooner or later so one will be killed if they break at the wrong time !

I've just had all new bearings, new dogbone and new Smaltmoto plates so it should be tickety boo for a good while now ...my old washers had seen better days though so Spooky to the rescue 😎👌
