So the quickshifter issues persist.
Started with a healtech. Couldn't get it work properly. Was costing time on the track.
Switched to a Dynojet setup.
fixed the shifting which it sweet.
But new issue is on throttle pickup at corner exit its cutting, which again, is costing me time. Every corner. Several people have looked at it.
My engine builder and dyno guy reakons its because of the3 "poor quality" throttle position sensors Aprilia use.

Does anyone know if this is an upgradable part to a better quality? Maybe switchout from a later model?

cheers

Not aware of anyone trying alternatives although I doubt the tps is anything special or custom.

I have the same setup as you ( all dynojet) and have no cutting although it’s not a track bike.

Something to consider:

My Gen2 used to cut on track in the following conditions:
  • Fuel low (<5 lit);
  • Very hard, prolonged braking, e.g. from a 120 mph straight into a 28 mph chicane (3xAX).
I concluded that braking made the fuel surge to the front of the tank, temporarily putting a bubble in the fuel supply line, which hit the TBs just at the point you open him up at EX. I had many instances of this before I hit on a cure.

Here's a view of the inside of the tank (albeit upside-down) showing that there's very little to prevent fuel surge!

Solutions:
  1. Anti-surge foam in the tank (expensive, but successful);
  2. Run more fuel in the tank to maintain >5 lit for the race/session (cheaper and successful).
BTW, I run a Translogic quickshifter sensor into a PCV. I've never had a problem with it.
