I have been thinking about changing my Swingarm on the Falco for an RSV arm. have seen one on the internet done,2000 bike with a 2004 one looks good. Just wanted to know if anybody know's what I would also have to change to do it, and if anybody know's of a web site that shows how to do it and what to change. [?] Stavvy

All the details you will need are in the following link, complete with many pictures of the conversion from start to finish:- http://apriliafalco.info/index.php/falco/C4/ Scroll down a bit until you come to it on that page above. The oil tank mod is only necessary for fitting an RSV exhaust system. All that's needed for the swingarm swap is the swinger and all it's unique bits (chain runner, chain guard, hugger, brake line holder) and a new chain, 2 links longer than normal. Using the RSV shock requires standard Falco links and dogbone for a white spring Sachs, or the requisite Mille links and dogbone for the yellow spring Sachs. I was able to use the Falco rear brake line. The only other requirements are a castle nut tool (a 27mm socket can be modified with a grinder to suit) and lots of patience with the rear header pipe. I know a fella who has done this and has offered to send you the modified socket he used if you are going to go ahead with the conversion. Let me know if you want it and I'll put you in touch with him.
