Hi all........ I have designed a new sidestand that fits my Mille & RSVR . It places the foot about 4 inches out further than the original ,is longer to enable the bike to sit more upright& is powder coated black. There are no modification required to fit this to the bike. If anyone is interested please send me your email address & I will forward details & pictures. Byeeeeeeeeee Bubseywoo

If you look in Af1's shop cateye make a gorgous Aluminium one for the US but it doesn't fit the uk bracket according to them. I have a GSXR stand on mine that works great but a cateye one would be sweet if it fitted.

so from the feedback I'm guessing you'd like a similiar one to the cyclecat but to fit our faster UK bikes ????

I would really appreciate an answer to the terrible side stand on my Falco. Do Honda Firestorm / VFR750 sidestands work? HELP

Hi Bubsywoo, I saw your ad on ebay and your stands look great. I have already put a note up on this site letting everybody know about your fantastic product.... I am not looking for very much commission.. ha ha!! I think you should do well with your stands and I myself will be in touch for one as well, the original pisses me right off! Cheers and welcome to the site. Simon

The Us bracket is at a different angle (45 degrees) to the europe version which is why the cyclecat stand won't fit unless you change bracket as well. See pic of UK next to US Unless you get a used one it's not a cheap option though.

Prices might have gone up a bit but it used to be about $140 or 70. You will probably need to order from the US. The stand bracket on 04/05 models is different to the earlier bikes so if you buy off ebay you need the right year. In 06 the stand changed again. (slightly)
