Anyone know why the shiver might be surging at small throttle demands?
I have a fat duc fitted, and the bike has been ok until the last week when its surges whilst making small throttle changes.
Its getting on my nerves now!

I'm using the S setting, nice throttle, full power.  The T setting really amplifies the effect.

As said, its just started happening so I'll probably pull and clean every connector.

As its one of those fly by throttle technologies.....no cable, I was wondering it it needs a throttle calibration like the V4s do, and if so....how do I do it??? Or is there something else I should be looking at?  Its just been serviced and the air filter is clean.

Have read quite a few people having sensor issues on Shiver/DD etc. Lambda, air pressure, map etc. Most have spotted it via Guzzidiag and monitoring the voltage readings and seeing them fluctuate wildly.

Usually no codes involved as a clue either.

Well. .had a look. Air temp sensor reading 33degC at 12 ambient and not changing. Just took the sensor off and measured it with a meter...its open circuit.
50 quid for a new one ffs! It's no bigger than my thumb!

You tempted fate by saving so much on the rsv temp sensor. Be interesting to see what difference it makes to the running of the bike.
