Thought this might be of interest to some people. I made up some rear axle crash bobbins from the front R and G bobbins.

They look good and match the front fork bobbins. I think its good for a road bike to have the rear axle bobbins on even with paddock bobbins fitted. Different for a track bike, but good for a road bike.

The only thing you have to do is turn down the bits from the front mounting spacers that fit inside the front axle, to fit inside the rear axle and make up a stainless steel rod, or use threaded bar 388mm and put 10mm of thread on one end and 20mm of thread on the other. Thats it. I made titanium rods for mine out of 8mm titanium.

Come to think of it. This would work on any front fork set crash protections set up on any model year
