My original rads were looking a bit battered so I asked radrec to make me some new ones and with a thicker 40mm core, close fit but bolt straight on.

You'll love the look...... Until you get back from a decent ride and see all the dead flies stuck in them LOL

I tend to leave mine attached till they go dry and crispy then sit down with small hook and clean them out.
 
It does look trick but the novelty wears of quickly, I wish I'd got black now. Confused

Not sure, each rad is 8mm thicker, the top and bottom of the rad is the nearly identical depth of the originals but the cores are thicker. The closest part is the left fan as it just clears the top engine mount, you can see it just behind the cables.

That is close! I would keep an eye out after running just in case any vibration on the mounts creates any interference I'm sure you were going to anyway
