Not read it but unbiased or not is it relevant to anyone but track riders.

Usually what makes a good track bike makes it less so on the road

When has 1000cc motorbikes made sense on the road ever ?
The speed limits set low at 70mph etc, any bike over say 20 bhp is enough !

My 30 year old aprilia's can cruise at 80mph all day !

A 125 cc 2 stroke is easily powerful enough for Britain's crowded roads, I have done 400 miles in a day easily, it's very comfortable too. All 1000 cc sports bikes are way more powerful than you can use on the road. The only way to measure them is on a track ! We all want power though

You could apply that logic to anything on the road. The average car does 120 which is too much for the road.

Hence why people want to know what they are like to live with more than the willy waving stuff. 50 bhp or 500 bhp is irrelevant if it’s a dog on a bumpy road or in traffic etc etc. which u won’t find out in a scenario that 90% of potential owners will never be in.
