so you want to fit clip on type that are height adjustable or renthal type bars to a yoke with risers?

sorry after reading your reply i realised my question was rather vague 

i would like to keep the clip ons

Gilles do bar risers with various different heights but they are not cheap and i think mfw and lsl as well.

You can get some from USA they do a few up to 3 inch there on ebay look ok to be honest

It's worth a try flipping your clipons so the left is on the right and the right on the left upside down, it can give them a flatter profile, it's what i did with with the ducabike clipons i put on my rsv and it gave it about a 2 inch lift.
