anyone found a quality quick replacement for the clutch one way valve?

im sure mine needs replacing by now lol

They are only £17 from Aprilia

Part number AP8104996 (I think)

I'm going to check mine in a few days

They are easy to check if you take it off and can blow through it both ways it is knackered, on my gen one a pipe runs from the throttle body on the right hand side down to the clutch housing on the right. In the pipe by the frame you will see a small plastic canister just pull it out and check. The slipper clutch works off this pipe, on a closed throttle vacuum is created which works a diaphram in the clutch housing unloading the plates.

The standard part is just a rubber duckbill ...cheap and cheerful until Aprilia stamp their name on it !!
