Gonna be a few wannabe heroes trading in their Zx10r's & big beemers and ending up riding that big racetrack in the sky I reckon.
I doubt if Marquez could ride his MotoGp Honda if it was putting out 300bhp let alone that thing. Only Kawasaki would do that Just as well someone's not afraid to be rebellious and make something totally off the wall. |

This is what happens when you let people shove lsd up their pee holes and then watch Gundam! Have to agree that the lack of bellypan makes it look unfinished. And the wheels look crap. A bit too blingy RSD style. Otherwise a nice looking and technically impressive machine.
I once watched Holeshot Racings turbocharged S1000rr light up the rear at already well into licence losing speeds. I'd imagine this will be very similar. Presumably oversized titanium balls are available in the options list. |

Only for the track though, I wonder if a diluted version will hit the road. Can't be used in superbikes I'd imagine due to the supercharger either

They use similar tech in jet skis now, 3 cyl, supercharged. No reliability issues I've heard of, should be awesome.

All well and good but what's with that spindly TRX850 tubular frame?
The current ZX10R frame is a massive work of alloy art - how do they think that bit of bent garden swing is going to harness 300bhp? |

It's high tensile steel buddy, not weak and feeble
And the engine is a stressed member used for mounting the head stock and rear suspension. |

I've kind of gone off modern sports bikes these days but I would have one of these in a heartbeat. Can't wait to see the road version. May have to enquire about Kawasaki finance!

That would be interesting. Got to admit that it's the blower that's got me interested. Had Z750 Turbo for years and I loved that bike more than any I've ever had.

I hope that Santa has deep pockets and a Cousin that works at Kawasaki ....
from my local bike shop Shirlaws in Aberdeen .......................................... Pricing & availability for Kawasaki Ninja H2R & H2 models Kawasaki unveiled the revolutionary Ninja H2R this morning in Cologne, a 296bhp, 998cc supercharged hyperbike for the ‘closed roads’. The Japanese marque was sketchy in giving away ...too much detail about the bike with a slightly tamer sibling expected to be uncovered in Milan next month. According to Bike Social sources, just ten Ninja H2Rs will make their way to the UK at an RRP of £50,000, well in excess of the rumoured £30k. We are told the street legal edition, the Ninja H2, will produce a modest 250bhp and cost in the region of £25,000 with just fifteen coming to the UK. Both models will be available from March 2015 but with just 25 units in total coming to British shores, you’ll need to get in the queue early! Call or pm our NINJA specialist Craig for more info .............................................. Big prices for a big big bike |

That is going to be awesome but so locked down with electronics it will be as safe & predictable as a small hatchback. Well almost.
What Big K need to do is install a randomised electronic inhibiter which will inhibit all electronic rider aids, just for a millisecond, at random times.
This could happen when you are sat at the traffic lights & never notice, it could happen at full lean giving it the beans! Instant brown stuff & a reputation as a windomaker just like the old H2.
Just an idea......shall I get me coat now?

Actually you may have a point,as anyone with a skill set less than a good MotoGp rider will be totally out of control unless it is sanitised.
Typical Kwak, poking Honda et al in the eye with a pointed stick No one else would dare to produce it as it goes contrary to current thinking and all the green agenda. |

Jaw dropping machine but pretty ridiculous for the road and as Ian says, I for one would be totally out of my depth unless it was all controlled for me and then you may as well have just 150hp or even 120.

You,me,and truth be told probably 95% of riders world wide would be a danger on it.
Also, they're claiming 300bhp and tied together with a steel tube frame? MotoGp bikes tie themselves in knots with a fair bit less power and far better chassis (and far better pilots as well) Can't wait to see what More Crap Nonsense has to say when they get their hands on one Fair play to Kawasaki for building it though |
