I still got a bit of work to do to get it to fit right as all the welding on the tight bend under the shock mount pipe has caused it to go out of shape nothing a grinder and welder can't fix. The right side can sits right just gotta make the left side fit proper now then it polish time. Couldn't help myself so thought I'd make a video for you lot https://youtu.be/IB5Yzp49Nm0 here's what it sounds like. TURN IT UP

Cheers mate but don't pat me on the back yet...I've come across a massive headache. Guess who forgot to take the side stand into consideration the whole bend at the bottom of the left hand pipe has been hacked off and I gotta start again but now I don't have access to all the wonderful tools I had when I first made it

Well it's all sorted and fitted and plastics been chopped. Annoyingly tho its not 100% welded run outta gas with 8 welds left to do. So tmora I'm off to the local college to finish the welding then it'll get fitted. Hopefully sometime.next week I'll be able to get to a polisher and put some shine on it. Pics coming tmora

Well it's all done finished and fitted. Just been out for a quick 30 mile blast. And jebus kwyst
If I had no speedo I would've sworn blind the clutch was slipping. I can't believe how much differnce it's made. It wernt slow to start with but now...f**k me 200kmh is effortless. I've never had such a gain in power from any engine mod I've done on anythin. I thought I fitted an exhaust not a turbo pulled over to make a quick vid for you lot cos I'm nice like that https://youtu.be/aqkC0rmLbaY There's a few issues with it the chain hits and it's a bit close to the foot peg so gear changes are a bit awkward but I think I can get round that by changing the angle of the gear lever. So at sometime in the future I'll be makin up a new pair. This time properly tapered like the originals
