That page doesn't load for me. But I also saw this one the other day. Not mine either.

s the title says I'm selling my Gen 2 Aprilia RSVR. It's been off the road for the last year with a misfire, I suspect a fouled plug but I haven't had the time to look at so it'll definitely need new plugs and a new battery. Because of this I'm going to say that it's a non-runner but should be easy enough to put back on the road.

The good stuff

Aprilia Performance Evo Airbox with K&N filter

Aprilia Performance Rearsets that relocate the rear brake master cylinder away from underneath the engine eliminating the known problem of the RSVR rear brakes being sh*te.

Ecu on map 2

GPR end cans with removable baffles

Uprated clutch slave cylinder

Uprated clutch oil jet (both of these mods make the clutch action a lot better which any RSVR owner will tell is a good thing)

Fireblade sidestand mod

Uprated starter solenoid

Dreaded brown connector has been removed

New alternator fitted a couple of years ago

The bad stuff

It suffers from the early gen 2 issue of the odometer resetting to zero when the battery is disconnected or flat so it's impossible to give a definitive milage although I suspect it's about the 16k mark.

It's got a misfire and needs new plugs

The battery is dead so it needs replacing

It could probably do with a set of tyres because it's running ex-race Diablo Rosso Corsas

No MOT

I'll throw in all the original parts I have including standard end cans, original airbox, stock footrests, a different screen, stock sidestand and a new pair of carbon fibre "ears" that go on either side of the headlights.

Because it's technically a non runner I'm looking for £2000 for it. That's the price I'm offering it to the PB forum for and it's as low as I'm prepared to go.

I'm in the Glasgow area and can't deliver so you'll need to bring a van.

Yes and no, I was picking up FACTORY bikes for less last year so an R that needs money spending on it leaves very little profit or saving if you were to keep it for yourself.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left

I’ve got to agree with Adam.

Two plugs and a battery cost £100? And IF that’s all it is then sell it for more since they’ve increased in value as a running bike at about £2300 possibly.

Unknown problems and I’d argue, it potentially has much bigger issues, as a non runner it’s between £12-£1500. It’s the early and most undesirable Gen2 ‘R’ model unfortunately.

The fact he won’t blow £100 on it suggests to me hidden issues sadly.

i think your right about the undesirability, i hope it is a easy fix as well, if i had all of the disposable income in the world i probably wouldent get another gen 2, but saying that i did think it was a better bike than the gen 1 in a few areas i just dont think the gen 2 will be revered as much as a minto gen 1 and that brings me back to why did i sell it. ffs
