Can anyone tell me if my 2011 Gen 2 Tuono 1000 has the store top speed feature.
I can get into menu and settings, using the little button on the left switch gear.. It has a lap counter, but I can't find the top speed, if it has one. I have searched online and if i turn the ignition on, push the "button" once all i get is the voltage. If i push it again it goes back to the speedo. If i hold it a get the menu but can't find the top speed in it anywhere. Thanks in advance. |

Interesting question Gut reaction says it does I have a feeling I did come across a stored speed once before I inadvertently wiped whatever I was looking at. I'm away from my bike for a while otherwise I'd go out and investigate. |

Thanks Ian.
I'm in not hurry, so whenever is fine. I'm just curious as to what it says as I have just bought the bike. |

press button on trip 1 or trip 2 setting, then press button again, gives you average speed, time, and top speed. Press button to cycle through them. Keep button pressed to reset all trip counters

On my last gen1 mot, done by an ex Ape mechanic.... He says to his workmates, lets see how fast he goes and checks the dash, they fell about laughing.... it read 288mph. The speedo sensor had gone a couple of weeks before

I think the preivious owner must of re set it.He had it 3 years and I had the top speed after 50 miles on new rubber. And it wasn't high either.
288mph. Now that would be something |

Thanks Cwp, I'd probably have forgotten by the time I get back. Last time I rode the T I got very confused by the menus, it had been that long it was like seeing them for the first time and I ended up zeroing all sorts |
