I have a Gen 2 Tuono that was involved in an accident May last year.  It took until this year to get the Insurance sorted (they were denying responsibility) and I bought another bike.

I've been trying to get it running to sell on as a running-repairs job.  I bought a new TTZ14s as obviously, it'd been sat for a year and the old battery was dead and I've put fresh, 97 Unleaded in.

It seems fuel is getting to the pressure regulator but not any further.  Before I take it apart any further, would anyone have any advice or maybe know why?

Have you checked the tip over sensor under the seat.

I didn't, no.  Assumed it was ok due to it pumping fuel.

Is there decent fuel pressure ?  If there is then maybe the regulator has gummed up or the return line to the tank is crushed or blocked.  The fuel system works in a loop with only a % depending on demand going to the injectors and the excess loops back to the tank
