    Posted: 13 Nov 2018 at 15:46
I have combined my knowledge of the various air trays I have made in the past 3 years and taken the good points from each of them.
Through constant tests and use of various prototypes on my own bike I have come up with this design.
I have tested them on both the road and on the track.
This tray does away with the need for ANY rubber air boot either standard or the larger ones. It maximises the air flow to the engine, whilst saving 1.6kgs of weight. Combined with a set of my air tubes this combination gives you a minimum of 6.7 BHP increase and a 4.7ft/lbs of torque as well as irradiating the flat spot at 5,000rpm. (As you can see from the Dyno chart) I also make a version of this that fits the 57mm throttle bodies from the Gen 2 at no extra cost. All parts are made from high quality pre-preg carbon fibre.

The price is £149.99 for the tray and the modified Pipercross air filter is £49.99 and UK shipping is £10.  If you want the full kit of air tray, filter and Edwards air tubes the cost is £270.00 with FREE UK postage, saving you £25.00.
I do ship worldwide but please contact me for cost of shipping.

The full kit.

Saves 1.6 Kgs.

How it fits tot he TB's and frame.

With air filter.

The all important Dyno results. You can see it completely irradiates the flat spot at 5,000RPM and give you a good gain all the way though the rev range.

Edit to add. My Bike has an Arrow 60mm pipe on it with a TiForce standard length end can, 54mm TB's and a FR200 chip.

Sorry I don't, but I think increase might be around the same kind of figure.
The main selling points are the removal of the flat spot and increase power/ torque and induction noise!!

Jollygiant, what is the inside height and length of the Pipercross filter?
The reason why I ask is, I am running dual carbon velocity stacks.

They do fit underneath the Pipercross filter but there isn't much of a gap

Are you running 57's?
Would the gap be 1/2 inch?

I have a Gen 2, so 57s but have carbon dual velocity stacks on a carbon air tray with a Pipercross Airfilter.

Probably best to wait for the exact measurements of Jollygiant but it definitely felt tight, yes that sounds about right

The hole for the 57mm stacks are actually 60mm in dia. What are thinking of doing then?

The internal height of the air filter.

Thanks, the dual stacks are 10 cm / just under 4 inches (not allowing for the plate thickness or the recess in the throttle bodies which might equal the height lost when the filter is mounted and the lower seal compresses in contact with the plate)
