does anyone know of a good supplier for titanium bolts for gen 2 Tuono ? I am mainly interested in replacing disc bolts,brake caliper bolts and fork bolts,if there’s kits available for other aprilias what would fit?Thanks

Usually used probolt, huge range but not the cheapest.

I’d keep the rear disc bolts as steel otherwise no speedo.

Be careful when fitting titanium bolts.
If you overdo it, bike will float off....you'll need to tether it down. |

I have both Racebolt and Pro-bolt. Both have Ebay shops.
I had another binge a month or 2 ago. Incidentally, Ti and aluminium corrode like a b***** What are others using as an anti seize? |

it didn’t occur to me that the titanium would corrode,always pros & cons I suppose

You get a electrolytic reaction between dissimilar metals which speeds up corrosion so a coating like copper slip is needed as a barrier.
