Howdy all,

Long time no see. Getting back into 2 wheels after a stint off. Got myself a boggo spec mille to get me going again.

Already ordered a can, and Forza chip. Tried to order the airbox kit too, but out of stock and according to Griff's site, so is he, so as a secondary there's always DIY.

I've hunted and hunted and whilst there's been some good success using car seals, no body has said size or type etc.

Few eBay links from years ago but all dead.

Any help appreciated on this one.

Need to get the collector mod done too, or some gen 2 headers!

This is the one I used.

It's pretty robust and takes a bit of man-handling but the finished job is pretty good.

I think I ordered 2m and I'm glad I did because I had to have two goes at it to get the cuts right.

According to the Aprilia Performance website, the airbox kits are in stock. Give them a bell on 01827 285500 and confirm but they usually have them in stock no problem.

Also did you order the Forza 200 chip to go with the modded collector? The FR100 is for open airbox and can but the FR200 takes the collector mod into this too. Worth going for the 200.

Mine is a gen two , and I made one out of a similar door rubber,  the problem with the EVO is that I don't think it could hold any air pressure from the ram air.
The bottom one is A Hommer Ironbite one but rare as f**k, I did see one for a gen 1 on AF1 a little while back .
