Once you've removed the bearing it should have an ident number on it, it may be visible even when fitted (on the side of the outer race); just remove the dust seal for a look.
Then go online and get a price. I've just received 4 new wheel bearings, genuine SKF, from Bearings4us, £17. .

The left side needle bearing is an HK3026, the other side is SKF FR type 61904-2RS1. The seals are sold separately to the bearings and are probably tired as well if the bearings are shot.
