I am in need of some griffettling on the Tuono & before I make the trip up to his gaff thought I would see if we can get a South West service day organised at mine in EX33.

Any takers? For the AP service day virgins it is a rest hoot & a great opportunity to meet & learn from the master.

Come on let's make this happen!

Griff is meant to be doing my Duke belts and valves. If he can do it on a service day i would be up for it. I have a feeling Garin needs a valve check on his Tuono also.

I'd be up for a South West AP day, Service & TB's plus possibly rear suspension linkage service. Plus the ride up from Bodmin along the A39 would be perfect (if it's dry...)
If you can't get it going with bungee cords and electrician's tape, it's serious

Definitely up for it David, I'm now in EX15. Rear shock linkage check, oil and filter change and general once over. Don't need anything major and Griff knows the bike👍
Red Lion Factory......V2 awesomeness....and surely more than 2 cylinders is pointless....😎

Still happy to host & I will need a valve clearance check some time soon. If you interested fellers want to contact the shop so Griff can start collating names/work required/dates I can align to you. Apologies, been a bit distracted after having a heart attack 5 weeks ago!

Ha ha, yes the v4 is a bit much for an old feller! OK now after they put a few stents in, bit like lining an old drain. Back to work next week.

That news came as a bit of a shock, glad you're on the mend

Must be a sign of the times,we heard at the w/end that my Son in law's cousin had fallen to one

He was only 40!  found in the bath by his Mother who wondered what had happened to him and went looking,he was still just about alive then but they switched off life support after 3 days in Intensive Care Cry

It does make you question your own mortality,I've decided now to hell with what might happen in the future, just get the most you can out of each day.

To that end the T is fuelled up and ready and I'm going out to play on my day off,b*llux to any work I should be doing in the house or garden

Blimey Dave, Glad to hear your on the mend, typically I've just started putting mine back together after doing a valve check and oil change and usual OCD session.
