Time to move on, So up for sale is my beloved Gen2 RSV-V4, Package Deal
Everything Aprilia I can find in my garage goes with the bike,
I'm not breaking, selling parts separately, nor am I in a panic to sell her.
 
As far as I know this is still the only Gen2 with the V4 Tail Conversion,
BECAUSE I Did IT.Tongue
 
I did the conversion when Max & Leon Raced The RSV4 in World Super Bikes.
 
2004 RSV1000  Gen2 (on a 53 plate) non Factory
approx. 20,000m (due to speedo memory bug)
Ohlins Rear Shock
Ohlins Steering Damper
Dog bone Kit
Oz Wheels with Battleaxe BT30
Mivv Ghibli Silencers
chain and sprockets have done about 600m 
Loads of Carbon
Power Commander V running 12 maps
Performance Aprilia Rear Sets
New Regulator
New Rectifier
New Up-rated Starter Solenoid
Headlight Switch Conversion
Almost New Battery
 
Complete Set Of Black Plastics, everything,  to return the bike to stock,
Set of standard rims,
Pair of Standard Silencers,
Standard Rear Shock
Exhaust Headers with extra Lambda locations
++ more spares

Ohhhh lordy, if only I hadent spent all my money on the Triumph Thunderbird Sport recently. What a fantastic bike.

Awesome bike Dave, I wish I was in position to snap it up but unfortunately not , I have to ask though, how easy was it to fit the V4 into the Gen 2 frame?

engine is. too wide hemi426 already had. this idea a while back and had. measure up.

What a shame.....I love the sound of the V4 but the bikes are just too small for me, although I am quite a big lump to be fair, if it was possible to slot one in a gen 2 frame that would have been awesome.... Oh well, 1060 it'll have to be then

Yes,I had the same misunderstanding, V4 conversion it isn't.

Just the bodywork and paint. Nice job all the same.

So, Other than the 2 Tail units I've made, One for track which has resurfaced on my facebook post, and this one,  Who else has a V4 Tail Conversion On A Gen2 ?
