after much searching i finally tracked down a genuine aprilia gen1 tuono carbon seat cowl at a reasonable price,
this one was unused as is totally unmarked - sorry for the crap picture but it was dark when the courier dropped it off and i couldnt wait to slap it on the bike :)

lol,
when i traded my caponord for this tuono i said i wouldnt do anything to it as its just a work bike/commuter

i have my RSVR CE lookalike to spend money on.

so far i have put carbon nosecone, carbon seat unit, carbon cowl, carbon air scoops, tuono racing tank, carbon coil covers, rsvr stainless oil tank, stainless rad guards,  modified a gen2 exhaust to fit, akra cans, powercommander 5 with at-300 autotune & pod300 datalogger.

so i guess i will be looking for OZ wheels and ohlins forks :)

yes m8,
dead easy - snip off the gen2 connectors and fit gen1 connectors (or fit gen2 injectors/TB's)

then drill holes in the downpipes & tig weld in the lambda probe boss's, load up a zero map into the PCV and a good target AFR map into the autotune then ride its ass off - after a few autotune map merges you will have a pretty sorted map.
i am now looking into putting my PCV fuel tables into an eprom .bin file and then taking the PCV/autotune off the tuono and using it on my RSVR bigbore motor when i get it built up.

yeah, you would of thought i would of learned my lesson with my RSVR - i actually made it public that it needed nothing when i bought it, then promptly bought loads of bits for it and am now in the middle of building an 1102cc bigbore motor for it!
