Had raceshift since the day I purchased the RSV. Have an Anotori quickshift on at the moment but it resets / primes the fuel pump every time I shift and Im not sure what it will do to the fuel pump over time. I have a PC3 on it and I hope if I get a PC3 quickshifter it may cure it.

have you disconnected the quickshifter completely and checked that it stops the problem?

I have tried everything Griff
The quickshifter is wired totally separate  to the fuel circuit. (stand alone with its own power supply)
Somehow the signal is transferred to the ECU when the quickshifter cuts the coils  even though the power wires are disconnected and resets the fuel pump. It is the same as turning  the ignition key off then on again.  The signal must be sent to the ECU via the coil trigger wiring.
Have asked Anotori USA, yourself and a couple of Aprilia shops in Australia. No one can answer why.
The only way anyone runs a quickshifter is from the PC3.
It seems the ecu controls the coils and fuel pump as a linked circuit.

Try a Cordona unit mate, I fitted one to Heath's bike at Snett this year, it connects to the PC3, but is also self powered and fully adjustable (as well as a strain gauge not a switch), might be a little cheaper than a Dynojet as well.

alright dude!
disconnect the QS and test the bike again if you can , im not sure if its a track bike or not???

the ecu, coils and the fuel pump are all controlled by a the main relay so this does all make sense , its seems the cut circuit for the QS has been clipped into a feed or earth wire for a relay rather killing the coils along momentarily...

let me know when you've disconnected it and checked it..this will confirm the issue, then we can work through your solution!

easy!

Test the bike for what. It all runs perfectly. Im just worried about the fuel pump cycling every time you change gear. Doesn't seem to effect motor performance. That's the only negative with the quickshifter system.

Griff the qs has been disconnected. It was independently wired into the 12v power supply on all 4 coils. There are 2 relays under the rear seat. 1 is fuel and the other is coils but they are factory wired together and this is why I think when I kill the coils with the qs it also tells the fuel relay power has been shut off then on again and reprimes the fuel pump.

Had a problem with mine and when I disconnected was fine but found that I had routed the wires close to the ignition coil (HT Lead) and the feed was inducted to the quick shift wires.

Re routed the wires and was all good it was my fault to try and make the leads run nice and neat.

Always worth checking
