I need a set of Gen 1 throttle bodies, just the standard 51mm will do and don't even have to work!

I have a set Ian , yours if you want them
Swap you for an exhaust hanger and a tow around RL100

Damn I found a really cheap set on eBay last night and bought those!!

As for the tow around Ride London.....Unfortuntally I'm not doing it this year but I am doing the Yorkshire White Rose next month at 130miles and 11,000 ft of climbing, what have I done, I'm going to die a lot!

that’ll be a bit like the Dragon ride , from memory 120 miles and 3500 meters

I did MT Teide in February this year non-stop which was 8,000ft through the clouds and 2 1/2hrs of constant climbing.

My aim for the White Rose is just to finish, I'll be chuffed even a top ten cup on Strava for any sector there.
