There's a Brembo OEM Clutch Lever on eBay at the moment for an unusually low price, listed for Ducati ST3 and ST4S, but in the Netherlands.  £35.50 including postage.  The pushrod pivot looks slightly different but you should be able to use those parts from the one you have.
OEM ones tend to be £70 and upwards normally.
Or there's a pattern brake and clutch lever for £21 including postage.
When I did the work on my bike I wanted to replace the pattern clutch lever with a real Brembo one, but when I found out how much they cost I didn't bother.  I did get a genuine front brake lever, and to be honest, there isn't that much difference in fit and finish between the pattern clutch lever and the real brake lever.  A little time spent properly greasing the pattern part before you fit it might be all you need to do.  My clutch lever had been neglected, some of the parts seized and water damage on the steel bits, but it did actually clean up quite well.
I one respect the pattern part is better.  It's put together with "C" clips and washers so you can take it apart to clean and lubricate.  The Brembo brake lever is riveted, the ends of the Reach Adjuster Wheel, and Reach Adjuster Pivot are peened over so you can't get it apart.
