Common problem, mostly caused by the disc bolts/buttons becoming seized over time and not allowing the discs to "float" as they should. Quite easy to check/fix, this thread should help with a description of how to do it, including a couple of pictures:- http://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50811&highlight=disc+buttons

How did he check the run out on the rotors ? The last time i checked the run out for slight warping was with the rotor off completely, i have never seen it done that way before (interested). As far as the rotors go its going to come down to what sort of budget you have, they can go from anywhere in the region of £120 a side up to £200. 06 RSVR

all they did was wheel it on to some rollers built into the floor then got the front wheel turning, the machine was spitting out various numbers and he told me they were warped, you must be allowed 10% variation i would imagine as he said mine were just under 10 and they were on the way out? any ideas,it was a main aprilia dealer so i would hope they are not ripping me off. Yep, I had the same problem, tried everything with the buttons and stuff but they were not seized, in the end fot a pair of second hand discs from Ebay....that solved it!
