Well I had my first outing on the bike last wednesday at Oulton Park.
My bike has the modded collector, airbox, and a forza chip, shorter gearing -1 at the front up 2 at the rear.
My only pre conversion comparison was of a 99 mille which I rode round cadwell, so pre and post comparison is a little woolly, however the bike felt fantastic on track - power wheelies in 2nd, sometimes in 3rd, and the 4th gear just skimming the floor with very little weight on it.
The engine has a fantastic midrange, much more than the 99 mille I rode which seems a little peaky, and it was super smooth.

So in summary, the chip works really well!

After reading through this thread i shall be purchasing an EPROM chip.
I`ve just got a modded collector back ready to fit to an akra end can so i`m thinking next is an open airbox from AP?
When i bought the bike it had PC3, K&N filter and shotgun endcan and there is a dyno sheet in the history so I am assuming the PC3 has a custom map for this set up.
In this thread i`ve read that a modded collector, chip and open air box is a good set up. I`m wondering whether i need the PC3 or not as it will need dyno time to set up again?
It`s a slippery slope once you startSmile

Ive a set of single plug heads to throw on it this year so was more a case of what can you do ignition wise? Switchable ignition maps would be nice for pump/ race fuel

Big up to Ed for making the little electronic marvel that is the Forza FR200 and to Griff for fitting it and sync'ing the TB's at the Scottish service day last week.

I can honestly say I didn't expect a huge improvement over my FR100 but.............BUGGER ME!!!!! LOL

The thing pulls even harder now and seems like it has more low and midrange stomp than before. And smooth? Oh yeah.....like butter! Awesome all round. If anyone is wondering whether or not to fit one of these then do so immediately! You will not regret it!

After reading all 11 pages of this thread I want a chip!

I have a hooked air box and staintunes shotgun cans. Bikes a bit lumpy low revs and needs sorting. Not opened the ecu to see what's inside but previous owner says it's not had a chip change.

Fr200 sounds nice but I need to fit a collector pipe first, then the chip then see griff for tb and co balancing.

Is this the correct way, just checking?

Redratbike are you the man for a collector? How much are these?

Thanks

Yep thats the correct path, I did the same with a similar setup.

Speak to Ed if you have any queries, he's very helpful.

I have Jollly Carbon open airbox, modded collector, Ti open can and a FR200 chip.

Redrat is indeed  the modded collector man, send him a PM
