I just bought a Supersprox kit, with DID chain, 16/44, 525.
They recommend you go to a 110 link chain, from the standard 108.
I believe it will fit, but it'll be up to the stops on your adjusters.

I'm 15/42 atm but I got a new chain of uncertain length and cut a couple of links out so I don't know now how many links without counting them.

I'm now thinking about going back to 16 front and a choice of 44/45/46 rear instead as the 15 is really too tight a bend over the swing arm guide. (I think)

Not as jerky at low speed, and always seems to be in the sweet spot of the rev range.
Feels like you've had an extra helping of power!!
