Just gone to the compare insurance sites for my renewal on the factory, and they all seem to have a compulsory excess of £500+, when the hell did they start forcing you to have that amount, it was bad enough when it used to be £300.....
Who is everybody else using, and what prices are you being exhorted for regarding this excess charge bollox.

Just now been on thebikeinsurer.com and compulsory excess as low as £100 with £300 seeming to be the norm for voluntary.
The thieving gits at my current insurers want £235 to renew and I'm getting quotes as low as 51 quid! Bit depressing though as one of the lowest quotes is from ... Saga! |

Bah! Started calling all these cheap deals and none of them do a multibike policy like my current insurer. Got 4 on at the moment so will have to rethink. There's always a catch. |
