Hello is there any one who may be able to advise me on my Triumph 955 race bike project.
This is the swinging arm from my Triumph I have removed & am going to replace it with a 2006 RSV swinging arm, my plan is to cut out the linkage mount from the Aprilia arm then get a billet of alloy made to match the triumph linkage mounting point and weld that into the area that has been cut out.

Does any one know what the spec of the Alloy casting/sheet  the Aprilia swinging arm is
What filler rod do you advise?
What Billet do you advise?
Any help & advice would be appreciated

The large black dot is a rough position of the linkage pivot position

most of the ally stuff used to be made by Verlicchi in Italy so i guess the swinger is too, you could ask them.

Not sure even Aprilia would know as everything is outsourced.
