Hi
The new twin map Eproms will be priced at £49 The single map Eproms will remain at £39 Slight price hike is to cover my work that is going into these Also you have 2 x maps to play with. Still far cheaper than other peoples Eproms |

Edelliot hi mate.. Question...ur full race chip.. (2002) is the ignition map advanced low revs n retarded (like me) high revs... I have a competitors chip which mid to top is stonkin but feels lazy (ish)bottom end... And ive had this dyno set up by a very experienced operator who said my bike was a good one ..122bhp

Had this email back from a customer in California
He has 2 x modded Falcos I created custom Eproms for :=) Ed,
Got the chips a few days ago; thanks for the prompt shipping. Put one in the 2001 Falco and now have a couple of hundred miles on it. Overall very pleased with it; very even delivery all through the range, if on the aggressive side. The flat spots are minimized, particularly the awful stutter at 3K is almost gone -- that's nice. I would say overall the chip is better compared to Gabro's I have on the other bike. If I wished to improve a thing or two it would be to make the very low end smoother and easier (leaner perhaps?) and to improve on-off throttle transitions, which I am hoping will improve some once the bike is properly idle-tuned on a gas analyzer. Which brings me to a question: what's the optimal CO for a stock Falco with this chip, in your opinion? The bike is in California and the coldest temp it seems is -- MAYBE -- -1C, typically 5C and above; most riding is warm weather all through the year... Any feedback welcome! Thanks! Dmitri |

Right folks this is easy .......If you want to remain like Nigel, boring and dull , living a safe life and never so much as daring to leave the house then DO NOT get a Forza eprom for your bike !
on the other hand if you want to live a little , maybe rekindle a love afair with the APE or pretend to be Shakey then BUY a Forza eprom ! I have just done 100 miles round trip in the dark and in damp foggy conditions to test out my "Frankie" eprom. My heart is still pounding and the silly grin on my uglr mug will still be there in the morning ! Ed knows his stuff, his customer service is 2nd to none. It can't get much better (well maybe if tomorrow was August and it was 20+ c outside ) than that.

Finally got out today after fitting the new Eprom. She definately feels a lot smoother, less snatchy and seems to accelerate a bit quicker too. Going to Griffs on Friday for service so the ride home should show even more improvements, definately worth the money, Cheers Ed

I'm guessing by the lack of responses the Gabro's are far superior!!

Depends on your definition of better?
I believe my EPROMs cannot be improved on And also they are cheaper that the competition And can be delivered next day with great technical support if you require it. I have seen some EPROMs that are standard chips with standard ignition tables But the whole thing has been moved up the rpm range ? This is to fool you the bike feels stronger as the power comes in at say 7k with a bang Kind of like a 2stroke Really crude and you loose your low end torque I have also seen EPROMs labeled as race chips and they are in fact standard rp58 chips ? There is only so much you can do with a chip when you run a race can The ignition tables give you the biggest gains The fuel tables are refined to smooth things out They do make a difference Bigger gains are with collector mods and the FR200 chip Or a custom made EPROM and the above with 57mm etc etc |

i sold off all my goodies last year..57's/airbox/collector/chip/pc3 as i'd lost interest in the bike with the intention to sell it but reality has kicked in ( i cant really afford a newer bike...lol)
so at the moment i've got a can and collector..probably airbox and chip next wont bother with 57's again though i might have a play with some extended velocity stacks :-)
so i'll be after one of these come the end of january
