This is a post that i never intended to write, but i may have to sell the old girl.
After the last year for so many reasons & the last kick in the nuts that my car has terminal issue that it'll enviably die.

So ball park figures to sell?
I know value in parts if i had to but would rather someone enjoyed it for many a hapoy mile.

bugger sorry to hear Chris

ideas on value are tough for sure as you said price up the bits and you know what the total would be but as a complete bike never what you’d hope for

I think that specials never realise the sum of their parts when sold on. My advise would be to make the bike as standard as you can with what you have and sell it and the desirable parts separately.

Noooooòoo!!!!!

Mate I know you've had a really sh*tty year and I'm truly gutted its come to this that bike is an absolute weapon with a ridiculous spec but as Mark says you won't get anywhere near what it's worth but you know that too you've got a keener eye than me for bike partsWink.

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left

I really hope your health improves - if you have your health then everything else is possible.

As for the bike, the downer is always that it’s real value is probably 10 times what you could get for it so I really feel for you

She looks nice. Really nice - good work.

As has been said, you will not get anywhere near what it is worth, the only way is to put close back to standard and sell everything off, it’s not a nice thing to do when you’ve put all that effort in but you have to detach from it and think of the end value and benefits for you not the bike.

When you come to a price, shout me.
If I can afford it let’s do a deal.

Aw crikey Chris, really sorry to read this mate.

Blood sweat and tears have gone into this build and this bikes got soul and attention to detail by the shovel full!!

I remember how sad I was when Mark had to break his bike as he metions above.

I'm in the middle of buying a house, so things a bit up in the air moneywise, or I'd have it off you and you have it back when things are better.
Question everything.

It’s a tough one

I’ve been removing some of the trick parts off my Gen2 for all the reasons mentioned.

Good luck with it all

The luck i was hoping for to get my old car back on the road has not been possible.
Too much to replace then found a rusty sill.
Put pay to that.

I'm going to start by selling my spares/exotica bits first then see where i stand with wether the bike has to go or i can pullna couple of bits from but keep the heart

If you have another translogic dash tucked away I would be interested.  I think some of your parts should raise a few quid so you stand a good chance of getting there.
