Hay Bad, yes acctually everywhere i go i get positive feedback.
They love the look, and the sound. It is the only one on the streets today. 
Always fun to hear when people, think it is new.

Yeah, it's funny when they don't know what or how old it is. I was asked last year as I pulled into a pub car park in the Lake District - "Is that a private plate (The original 'Y' plate on my 2001 R)" - He couldn't believe it wasn't a new bike! It just shows how well these bikes have aged.

Mine is 11yrs old and people can't believe it , I think it's ageless even the gen1 , I was in the N Forest yesterday and when I pulled up a donkey even came over and gave it's approval ๐Ÿ˜‚

Thanks guys. Well when i bought all off the Nera bits, he did not want to sell the tank. He is using it on heโ€™s red factory๐Ÿ˜ช

So yesterday checked my valve clearance, and looks ok so will leave them as is for summer.

Will send a picture, when clocks are in.

Will start fixing, the carbon parts now. And then Fork service, will be buying new/used รถhlins forks, at a later time. Mine are pretty badly scratched at the top (gold paint) and well it needs, to be pretty....

Even cleaned the inside of the frame.Tongue

That's a real shame serious unobtanium! I've never had to shim any of my Gen2s always been in tolerance.

That reminds me iv gotta do my valves sometime think I got a slite weep on rear cylinder gasket only problem I got is not a lot of room in shed Cry where you get them from from?
