I think I'm looking for a unicorn!...I'm after a rear seat pad for a 2003 RSV mille or i believe the 2003-05 Tuono rear pad will fit too....not bothered about colour or condition as I'll recover it but must be the 2003 fitment....cheers

I have one. Depending on what it’s worth I might let it go. If it’s not worth much I’d rather keep it. Make me an offer ( condition is fine)

Just a thought, by that time all Gen1's generally came with the dual seat subframe but did the Edwards possibly revert to the single seat subframe of the earlier 'R'?

Its a good point but looking at varying subframes it has a dual seat subframe as it have the removal seat cowl

My 2001 R came with a removable seat cowl but also with a single seat subframe (That would not support a pillion) and no pillion pegs. I did replace the subframe with the dual seat version a number of years ago for the (Odd) time I want to take a pillion. So don't assume a removable cowl means you have a dual seat subframe Do check before you let someone sit on the back! |

Thanks for the heads up Legend, The main reason for the seat pad is for when I have the ventura luggage on the bike it just gives better protection to the rear seat fairing without rubbing whilst in transit, & saves my seat cowl. I'm not planning to have any passengers, not on this bike anyway.
