Going on the second Saturday, don't expect to get any decent food there, you'll get your wallet raped for a tray of greasy chips and it's about £12 parking.

Park in the train station car park. It’s half the price and a 100yd undercover walk directly into the hall. Think parking was about £6 last time I went 2 years ago. Also no queueing to park etc.

im getting a bit disillusioned with the event now. Its proper expensive too all things considered (parking, tickets , food).
Always got gear from it though so depending what you want from it it ticks boxes. However, im going all out and doin EICMA this year in Milan. Always wanted to do it and everyone who has been raves about it. Although it aint as if you can just pop over to Italy now is it. Anyway enjoy the day when you do go and take sarnies rather than paying £10 for chips and gravy. Gizmo

To be honest fellas I've never been one for shows of this type, however a mate I ride with is driving up and as I've nothing else planned for the day for the sake of a score and a bit of diesel I thought I may as well take a look and pick up a bargain or two perhaps. It's a shame these things feel the need to rip your bolox off for food and the like but thats the way it always seems to be where ever you go. Whenever the wife and I take the kids out anywhere we always make a pack up to save cash and im always smug eating something tasty rather than sh*t overpriced nosh. I just hope its a good day as its a lot of travelling to get to and from.

Bloody hell mate you're in for surgery more often than Jordan Was a decent day mate I thought of you when i saw the Norton, The whole thing is stunning . The HP4 Race was pretty special too but the carbon frame looked damaged due to all the carbon distortion.

Norton looks nice but not sure I would want an early one as I expect teething issues.
Also read that many people who ordered them last year for summer delivery are still waiting or have cancelled. |

cheers for the response. i think i might just order online, entry and parking will negate any discount on the price.

ive not been before or to any other shows like it so cant compare it to anything else. It was a good opportunity to get really close to some awesome bikes plus being the Monday it was nice and quiet. The gear was cheap some really cheap but equally as many stalls charging top dollar good buy on the lid Bigun.
I think there could of been more and like warned food and drink is extortionate but i only bought a couple of pints. Didn't notice the Norton Mark sorry.
